Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons minced pickled jalapeno slices
  • 1 tablespoon juice from jarred jalapenos
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ tablespoon butter or oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (per quesadilla)
  • 2 flour tortillas ((or one large burrito size) per quesadilla)

Instruction

  • Add all sauce ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until ready to use.
