Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons minced pickled jalapeno slices
- 1 tablespoon juice from jarred jalapenos
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ tablespoon butter or oil
- ½ cup shredded cheese (per quesadilla)
- 2 flour tortillas ((or one large burrito size) per quesadilla)
Instruction
- Add all sauce ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until ready to use.
