Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1¼ cups whole or 2 percent milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¾ cup vanilla bean ice cream, I like Breyers or Edy's Slow Churned (less fat and calories, but still rich tasting)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • whipped cream for topping, I used aerosol from the can

Instruction

  • In a blender, add all ingredients except whipped cream. If needed, stop and mix with a rubber spatula if the ice is stuck to the bottom. Blend until thick and smooth. Kitchen Counter Calories: 371, fat 12 g, protein, 19 g
