The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 24 oz. Dole™ pineapple chunks frozen, half-thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instruction
- Add half-thawed pineapple, milk, vanilla, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to a blender and blend until very smooth. At this point, the whip will have a very soft consistency. You can serve it like this if you want.
- If you prefer a thicker whip, add the mixture to a chilled ice cream churner and churn for 10-15 minutes. Scoop out and serve immediately!
- Leftovers can be frozen, but they will turn very hard. Thaw leftovers in the microwave on low heat for a minute or two, so it becomes a soft, smooth texture again.
