The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb orzo pasta
- heaping 1/3 cup fresh sugar snap peas, sliced
- 1/8 cup currants ((raisins will also work if you can't find currants))
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 1/8 cup sliced raw almonds
- 1/8 cup candied pecans, crushed or minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
