Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10 ounces spring mix salad and chopped romaine (or other favorite greens)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 ripe tomatoes, chopped (or 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved)
  • 1-2 cooked chicken breast (or about 2 1/4 cups cooked shredded chicken)
  • 2 cups apple chips
  • 3/4 cup roasted pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 3/4 cup Panera Bread Fuji Apple Vinaigrette

Instruction

  • Combine ingredients in a large bowl and evenly divide to serve 4 salads.
