Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian salad dressing packet
- 4 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Place in a dressing container (I used a vintage mason jar because it looks so lovely). Allow to chill. Best if chilled overnight, but if you just can’t wait it still tastes amazing without being chilled. Pour on salad and toss. It works wonderful over a salad of lettuce, sliced red onion, black olives, peppercini, sliced Roma tomatoes, croutons, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
