The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon ground dried bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika (regular or smoked both work)
- 1 teaspoon ground celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground mace
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Store in a dry, tightly closed jar for up to 6 months.
