Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz Velveeta
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cayenne Pepper (optional, if you like it spicy)
  • 15 oz Canned Chili (No Beans)
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

Instruction

  • Cut the Velveeta into cubes.
  • Stir all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat or a slow cooker on low/medium heat. Stirring frequently will ensure smooth results.
  • Serve with tortilla chips
