Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup low carb sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey (I used Jameson)
Instruction
- Combine Swerve, espresso powder, and cocoa in medium saucepan.
- Slowly add in the heavy cream.
- Bring mixture to a slow boil, reduce heat slightly and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in extracts and whiskey. Cool.
- Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
