Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup low carb sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey (I used Jameson)

Instruction

  • Combine Swerve, espresso powder, and cocoa in medium saucepan.
  • Slowly add in the heavy cream.
  • Bring mixture to a slow boil, reduce heat slightly and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in extracts and whiskey. Cool.
  • Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
