Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/4 sticks Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 2 Cups Light Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 Cup Pecans (chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix till combined. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter and brown sugar. Mixing well.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture. Blend until all the flour is incorporated. Batter will be thick.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecans over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
