Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 bags (12 oz each) white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups Cookie Crisp™ Cereal
- Red and green sparkling sugar
Instruction
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Stir, and continue heating in short intervals until chocolate is smooth and glossy when you stir it.
- Pour chocolate out onto parchment and use a large rubber spatula to spread in a thin, even layer (about 1/4 inch thick). Set aside.
- In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips uncovered on high for 1-2 minutes until almost melted. Stir until smooth and drizzle on bark.
- Immediately sprinkle cereal over white and dark chocolate, pressing pieces into the melted chocolate very lightly, if needed. Sprinkle bark with red and green sparkling sugar.
- Let stand about 30 minutes or until firm, or refrigerate if necessary. Break into 2-inch pieces. Store covered at room temperature.
