The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 Oreos (chopped, (use regular size, not mini Oreos))
- 15 mini Oreos (for topping)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened to room temperature (can use salted or unsalted))
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream (or milk)
- 6 Oreo cookies (chopped (regular sized Oreos))
