Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-processed)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract (optional)
- 12 oz white chocolate
- 10 Oreos
Instruction
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together. In another bowl, mix together the eggs, oil, and extracts and beat well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread out to the edges with an offset spatula.
- Bake for 14 - 16 minutes. Remove. The brownies will still feel soft. Quickly score the brownies randomly to make it easier to cut.
- Spread the white chocolate over the hot brownie and leave it for a minute. (you can place it in the warmed oven for about 30 seconds to speed things up). Spread the white chocolate with an offset spatula.
- Crush the Oreos, leaving larger chunks and sprinkle over the white chocolate while it is still melted. Allow to cool and harden - about 20 minutes. Break apart with your hands or a knife.
