Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (**please use a drippy, natural variety for best results**)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup (**or honey if you aren't vegan)
- ½ cup chocolate chunks (**chocolate chips work too)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.
- Roll into heaping tablespoon sized balls and place on a tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Store in an airtight sealed container and keep in the fridge or freezer for up to 2 weeks.
