Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 cup  super fine almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grass-fed butter (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup monk fruit/allulose confectioners
  • 2 teaspoons  pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 ounce Lily's Dark Chocolate bar (chopped)

Instruction

  • Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, add all the remaining ingredients (except for the chocolate) and mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
  • Add in the dry ingredients and mix briefly.  Then fold in the chocolate.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes or until set.  Store in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer.
