Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- Ice Cream Maker
- Hand Mixer
- Sheet Pan
- 250 ml Whole Milk
- 250 ml Single Cream
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 125 g Caster Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Cadburys Flake
- ½ Air Fryer Cookie Dough
Instruction
- Follow my cookie dough recipe first using ½ the ingredients and instead of placing them into the air fryer, load onto a floured sheet pan. Load into the freezer in small cookie dough balls.
- Using an electric hand mixer or a whisk beat together the egg yolks and the sugar until they are fluffy.
- Heat milk and single cream in a small pan and add the vanilla essence.
- Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir on a high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge and allow to cool for at least an hour.
- Load the vanilla ice cream mix to your ice cream maker and set it to 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes add in your grated chocolate and cookie dough chunks that have now been quartered.
- Allow the ice cream maker to churn for 15 more minutes to nicely mix in the cookie dough.
- Transfer to the freezer for an hour and then serve.
