Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups finely ground almond flour (finely ground oat flour can be used instead)
- 1/4 tsp finely ground salt
- 4-5 tsp heavy cream or milk
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
Instruction
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with a hand-held or stand mixer fixed with the paddle attachment. Add the vanilla and mix until well-combined.
- Mix in the almond flour and salt until well-combined. At this point the dough will be quite crumbly. Stir in the milk until the dough begins to stick together.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles if desired.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough into evenly sized balls and place on the baking sheet leaving space between each dough ball.
- Place the cookie dough bites in the freezer for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Enjoy!
