Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pouch (10.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate candy sprinkles (optional)
  • Nonstick baking spray

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin generously with nonstick baking spray (or line with mini cupcake wrappers). Pour a small amount of water into 6 of the cups to keep the unused cups from burning.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together brownie mix, egg, oil and water. Spoon a small amount of batter into the bottom of 18 cups. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of cookie butter on top and cover with remaining brownie batter. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the center of each brownie has set. Remove and cool before removing from pan.
