Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 Cups cookie butter
- 1 Cups light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 Cups white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 8x8-inch baking dish; set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together the butter, cookie butter and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder and add to the butter mixture along with the white chocolate chips.
- Gently stir together until just combined.
- Press batter evenly into prepared baking dish and bake for 24-25 minutes.
- They may appear soft, but they set up once they cool.
- Cool completely and then cut into bars and serve.
