Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 Cups cookie butter
  • 1 Cups light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 Cups white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a 8x8-inch baking dish; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together the butter, cookie butter and brown sugar.
  • Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder and add to the butter mixture along with the white chocolate chips.
  • Gently stir together until just combined.
  • Press batter evenly into prepared baking dish and bake for 24-25 minutes.
  • They may appear soft, but they set up once they cool.
  • Cool completely and then cut into bars and serve.
