Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon beef base or bouillon
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instruction

  • Combine until smooth and chill.
  • To use, place a knob or scoop of compound butter on top of grilled steak.
