Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 oz frozen spinach (drained)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp dill
- salt (to taste)
- 1 loaf of sourdough - bread bowl
Instruction
- Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream. Chop your garlic up (or use minced garlic) and your dill. Stir into the mix. Drain your spinach and mix in slowly so it still has some chunks. You can serve this in a hollowed out rye bread loaf and use the piece you cut out on the side for dipping.
