Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pound whole cooked lobster*
  • 1/4 cup celery (, thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives (, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (, melted)
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 2 split top rolls
  • Bibb lettuce (, optional)

Instruction

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Kosher salt, black pepper and chives.
  • When smooth, toss with chopped lobster meat.
  • Cover and chill for at last 1 hour.
  • When ready to serve, whisk melted butter with garlic powder and baste the inside of each split top roll.
  • Fill with cold lobster meat. Using lettuce is optional.
