Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 (11 ounce) cans whole kernel corn with peppers (like Mexicorn), drained
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies (like Rotel), drained
- 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning, or to taste, optional
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a covered storage bowl; taste and adjust seasonings. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Let rest at room temperature before serving. Serve with scoop corn chips and/or tortilla chips.
