Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup cold brew
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk, (I like coconut for extra creaminess)
- 1 frozen banana (in chunks)
- ¼ cup riced frozen cauliflower (or ice)
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
Instruction
- Add all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
