Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup cold brew
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk, (I like coconut for extra creaminess)
  • 1 frozen banana (in chunks)
  • ¼ cup riced frozen cauliflower (or ice)
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.
