The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup bob's red mill gluten free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon instance coffee added to 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
  • 2 cups chopped toasted pecans

Instruction

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees F.Beat ¼ cup coconut oil and ¼ cup maple syrup. Add instant coffee dissolved in water. Mix.Add flour, baking powder and mix. Form into a ball.Pat the dough down on a 9 inch pie dish, or a rectangular baking dish.Bake for 15 minutes In a small pot bring ¼ cup maple syrup and ¼ cup coconut oil to a boil over medium heat, add sunflower seed butter, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.Add pecans and mix. Top crust layer with pecan, caramel mix. Allow the crust to cool, before cutting into bars.
