The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 200 g / 7oz AP flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar (you can add more if you like your pancakes sweeter)
- A generous pinch of salt
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee granules
- 2 peaches
- 1 punnet of raspberries (7 oz/ 200g - you can use frozen raspberries that have been thawed)
- 3 tbsp honey (can be replaced with sugar or agave)
