The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 200 g / 7oz AP flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar (you can add more if you like your pancakes sweeter)
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 punnet of raspberries (7 oz/ 200g - you can use frozen raspberries that have been thawed)
  • 3 tbsp honey (can be replaced with sugar or agave)
