The following ingredients have 1 Servings

  • 1 shot of brewed espresso
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I use whey)
  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • fresh ice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour in glass and enjoy
