  • ½ avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1-2 shots espresso
  • 1 handful ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 serving protein powder (optional)

Instruction

  • Place everything in a blender and blend to a smooth mix. Drink up!
