Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups unflavored soy milk
  • 2 tbsp. matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup of agave (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • few dashes nutmeg

Instruction

  • Whisk together soy milk, matcha, sweetener and vanilla. Heat to desired temperate in a small saucepan on stove top or microwave in a microwave safe container.
  • Divide into mugs and froth.
  • Add coconut milk, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve.
