Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2.5 cups shredded sweetened coconut
Instruction
- Line a baking sheet or plate with wax or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl melt coconut oil for thirty seconds in the microwave to liquify.
- Stir in powdered sugar until blended. Add coconut and mix with hands.
- Form mixture into 1" balls and place on prepared plate. Freeze for 20 minutes or until ready to package.
