Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 450 g cauliflower florets (trimmed equal-size)
  • 45 g coconut oil
  • pink Himalayan salt

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). This is 200°C for conventional ovens (or 400°F / gas mark 6).
  • Place the cauliflower florets into a large bowl. Melt the coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave for 30-40 seconds on medium heat. Pour the coconut oil over the cauliflower and mix well to evenly coat.
  • Before the coconut oil solidifies, spread the cauliflower onto a large roasting tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Serve immediately scattered with a little pink Himalayan salt.
