The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup rice and red quinoa blend
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons California Raisins
- 2 tablespoons golden California Raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- ¼ teaspoons salt
Instruction
- Cook rice and quinoa according to package instructions. Drain and set in a large bowl. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and stir until well coated. *Best served warm
