Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup rice and red quinoa blend
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons California Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons golden California Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ teaspoons salt

Instruction

  • Cook rice and quinoa according to package instructions. Drain and set in a large bowl. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and stir until well coated. *Best served warm
