Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Instruction

  • Clean the rice. (I rinsed mine in a mesh strainer for about 45-60 seconds)
  • In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, sugar and milk.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Cover with a lid, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
