Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 cup milk
Instruction
- Clean the rice. (I rinsed mine in a mesh strainer for about 45-60 seconds)
- In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, sugar and milk.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Cover with a lid, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
