Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • coconut - 2 cups
  • coconut water- 2 cups
  • China grass - 10 gms
  • Condensed milk - 1 tin
  • Milk - 1 ½ cup
  • Water - ½ glass
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cashews - 10

Instruction

  • Break the china grass into small pieces, soak it in hot water and boil. Keep aside.
  • Grind both coconut and water in a mixer. Keep aside.
  • Boil milk together with condensed milk and sugar.
  • Add the milk and tender coconut paste to the china grass mixture and mix well. Pour it into a bowl, and let it cool.
  • Cool the mixture, refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  • Garnish, the pudding with roasted cashews. Serve chilled
