Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 125 g Digestive Biscuits (Graham Crackers), (Crushed)
  • 1 Packet Oreos, (Crushed)
  • 40 g Butter, (Melted)
  • 150 mL Evaporated Milk
  • 300 g Dark Chocolate
  • 180 g Maltesers
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut

Instruction

  • Crush the digestive biscuits and the Oreos.
  • Place in a bowl with the coconut and 1 and 1/2 Cups Maltesers.
  • In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, butter and evaporated milk.
  • Take off the heat and add in the vanilla extract.
  • Reserve 1/3 cup of the melted mixture. Pour the rest over the coconut mixture and stir until combined.
  • Place the mixture in a greased pan and spread evenly.
  • Spread the reserved chocolate mixture over top and top with as many Maltesers as you like and sprinkle with coconut.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour until set.
