Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Fresh Coconut or Malai of 1 coconut pcs
  • Fresh coconut/ Dry Coconut - 1/ 2 pcs
  • Makhana/ Lotus seeds - 50 gms
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Desi ghee - 1 tbsp

Instruction

  • In a chopper / mixer grinder, grind both coconut, sugar and add little coconut water or milk to grind well. Heat desi ghee in a kadai, roast the coconut mixture on medium flame till it turns little brown.
  • Dry roast makhana in kadai or microwave. Crush the makhana.. Add crushed makhana in coconut mixture. Roast for another 5-10 min. Cool down the mixture.
  • Add rose petals to mixture and make nice round ladoos with the prepared mixture.
