Ingredients

The following ingredients have 36 Servings
  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Knead in flour and lime peel until well blended. (DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH AFTER COMBINING WITH FLOUR.)
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely.
  • In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and lime juice. Spread glaze over each cookie; immediately sprinkle with coconut, shaking off excess. Let stand until set.
