Ingredients
The following ingredients have 36 Servings
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Instruction
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Knead in flour and lime peel until well blended. (DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH AFTER COMBINING WITH FLOUR.)
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely.
- In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and lime juice. Spread glaze over each cookie; immediately sprinkle with coconut, shaking off excess. Let stand until set.
