Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (, at room temperature)
- 3 ounces cream cheese (, at room temperature)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ((or seeds scraped from 1 split vanilla bean) )
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Instruction
- In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together the butter and cream cheese.
- Add the powdered sugar, coconut milk, vanilla, and coconut extract and mix until desired consistency is reached.
- Frost cupcakes or cake as desired.
