- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter cut into pieces
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt, ( full-fat or 2% is best)
- 1 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
- 1 (heaping cup) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 10-inch bundt cake pan and set aside. Butter and flour is key or use a nonstick baking spray with the flour in it.
