Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Chili
- 0.875 cup Coconut milk
- 1 Lime (zest and juice)
- sesame oil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- wooden Skewer
Instruction
- Dice the chicken breasts.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice the chili. Mix the garlic, ginger, chili, coconut milk, lime juice and zest to make a marinade and then mix with the diced chicken. For the best results put into a plastic bag so that everything is well covered and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Then take out of the marinade, thread onto wooden skewers, sprinkle with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
