Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 Chili
  • 0.875 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Lime (zest and juice)
  • sesame oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground Black pepper
  • wooden Skewer

Instruction

  • Dice the chicken breasts.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice the chili. Mix the garlic, ginger, chili, coconut milk, lime juice and zest to make a marinade and then mix with the diced chicken. For the best results put into a plastic bag so that everything is well covered and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Then take out of the marinade, thread onto wooden skewers, sprinkle with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
