The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium carrots (chopped)
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 pound chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can coconut milk (13.5 ounce, can use lite)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (3)
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice (added at the end of cooking)
