- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (3)
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 3 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons lime juice (added at the end of cooking)
