Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup thick coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Flax seed meal
  • ¼ cup quick oat meal
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Instruction

  • In blender combine everything and blend well for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh blueberries . This smoothie will be thick so you need a spoon.
