The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 6 fresh strawberries
- ½ cup thick coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Flax seed meal
- ¼ cup quick oat meal
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Instruction
- In blender combine everything and blend well for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh blueberries . This smoothie will be thick so you need a spoon.
