Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup quinoa (cooked (chilled), follow cooking directions on package)
  • 1 banana (medium, frozen, pre-sliced)
  • 1/4 cup apple juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup milk (soy, nut, or dairy can be used)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (fresh, minced)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency or add additional milk for a thinner smoothie.
