Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cup bananas (mashed)
  • 4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 loaf pans
  • Whip butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
  • Stir in nuts and coconut.
  • Divide batter between two bread pans.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on the shape of your bread pans and how full they are filled.
