Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup bananas (mashed)
- 4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 loaf pans
- Whip butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
- Stir in nuts and coconut.
- Divide batter between two bread pans.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on the shape of your bread pans and how full they are filled.
