Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut chips
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon low sodium gluten free tamari
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Mix all ingredients together except sliced coconut chips. Heat on stove or in microwave for 20-30 seconds if coconut oil is solid.
  • Add coconut chips and mix thoroughly. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 325° for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for 10 minutes more, or until crispy.
