Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups coconut chips
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon low sodium gluten free tamari
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Mix all ingredients together except sliced coconut chips. Heat on stove or in microwave for 20-30 seconds if coconut oil is solid.
- Add coconut chips and mix thoroughly. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for 10 minutes more, or until crispy.
