Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/2 cups frozen coconut meat
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 4 large ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk alternative)
- 1-2 figs or pitted dates (for sweetener)
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Toasted almonds
- Almond butter
- Frozen or fresh berries
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend until smooth. Add additional milk , 1/4 cup at a time, if smoothie has trouble blending.
