Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10 ounce package Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 cups cocoa krispies cereal

Instruction

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate wafers according to package directions, until completely melted. Set aside.
  • Place butter, marshmallows, almond butter, and salt in a large pot. Stir to combine and melt over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Take pot off the heat and pour in the Cocoa Krispies; mix thoroughly to combine.
  • Working quickly before the cereal isn't pliable anymore and chocolate hardens, put a little cooking spray on a wooden spoon and press half of cereal mixture into the baking dish. Spread half of the melted chocolate on top. Repeat with remaining cereal and chocolate.
  • Let chocolate harden and set, then cut into squares and enjoy!
