Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 10 ounce package Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- pinch of salt
- 6 cups cocoa krispies cereal
Instruction
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate wafers according to package directions, until completely melted. Set aside.
- Place butter, marshmallows, almond butter, and salt in a large pot. Stir to combine and melt over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Take pot off the heat and pour in the Cocoa Krispies; mix thoroughly to combine.
- Working quickly before the cereal isn't pliable anymore and chocolate hardens, put a little cooking spray on a wooden spoon and press half of cereal mixture into the baking dish. Spread half of the melted chocolate on top. Repeat with remaining cereal and chocolate.
- Let chocolate harden and set, then cut into squares and enjoy!
