Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional for drizzling.)

Instruction

  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Scoop about 1-2 Tablespoons’ worth of dough and roll in one hand to create firm little bites.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Optional: Melt 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips and drizzle on top! You could also use softened coconut butter for pretty white drizzling.
