Ingredients
The following ingredients have 14 Servings
- 1 ½ cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons virgin coconut oil
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional for drizzling.)
Instruction
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Scoop about 1-2 Tablespoons’ worth of dough and roll in one hand to create firm little bites.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Optional: Melt 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips and drizzle on top! You could also use softened coconut butter for pretty white drizzling.
