- 2 cups bitter orange juice or a mix of orange juice with white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 Pounds of boneless pork butt or pork shoulder cut into pieces 2-1/2 IN Cubes.
- 1 large red onion (sliced (optional))
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dried Mexican oregano
- 1/4 cup lard
- 1 Large size oven bag (Optional)
- Salt to taste
