- 2/3 cup baby bok choy
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 2 cups winter cabbage
- salt, sesame oil & pepper to taste
Instruction
- chop up bok choy, carrots and winter cabbage.
- place in a stewing pot and bring water to boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes and serve. Add sesame oil and seasonings to taste.
